This Harry Potter book trivia round has twenty questions from all seven novels. There is no timer. Later secrets and the ending are in scope. Choose the first-book quiz if you have only read Sorcerer's Stone. Use the novels for answers, rather than films or games.

Each answer names a book and chapter. Use that source to settle a disputed answer. For a club, let each person choose first, then discuss where answers differ. Keep the key out of view until all have had a turn.

All seven novels are in scope, including the final ending. Use the first-book route if that boundary is too broad. The twenty-item round gives one point for a correct answer and reports blanks separately. A host can print the questions while keeping the source key aside.

How the harry potter book trivia score works

The series round contains twenty records, each with four choices and a stable source ID. There is no timer or competitive rank. If you answer twelve, the result shows correct answers against those twelve and names eight blanks. It cannot judge familiarity with every scene in seven novels.

Use the closed answer notes after everyone has chosen, since their chapter pointers include later revelations. Changing a radio choice lets you check a revised answer set. Reset answers removes all twenty selections and closes the notes, ready for another group on the same open page.

The series PDFs separate all twenty questions from the explanations. Give participants only the question sheet until the spoiler boundary has been agreed. The host key pairs every ID with its novel and chapter, which is more useful for discussion than a list of answer letters alone.

FAQ

Can I stop before the last question?

Yes. A group can choose ten items from the twenty and score only that set. Leave every unused item blank. Passing a question does not count as a wrong answer, but it also adds no point. Agree on the chosen IDs before comparing paper scores.

What if my edition has different pages?

Use the novel title as well as the chapter pointer: similar school scenes occur across the series. Page counts change between editions. If the cited event does not support an answer, send the stable ID and your edition to hello@bibliofiend.com so the source note can be reviewed.

These original questions concern the novels, with official reference routes in their answer notes. The independent activity is not an official Harry Potter quiz and makes no claim to certify a reader's knowledge.
