Professional Bookseller Associations
Bookseller trade associations are very useful programs for both online and brick and mortar booksellers. They provide professional credibility in the antiquarian and used book selling world, as well as providing the participating booksellers with access to exclusive events and book fairs. Regional bookseller trade associations can offer a more immediate influence with an active community of booksellers familiar with the various idiosyncrasies of book selling in a particular area. There are also bookseller trade associations that focus on the type of collectible books sold; maps, antiquarian books, and ephemera, for example. Some trade associations focus specifically on the type of business, such as the independent-specific trade associations that help to educate, advocate, and support brick and mortar shops.
Biblio is proud to promote the thousands of booksellers who list on our site, and encourage you to explore the professional bookseller trade associations below.
